Suggested Retail: All RV units have a suggested retail price from the manufacturer. Most buyers will not pay suggested retail and in many cases will purchase the unit for 10% to 30% less then suggested retail or MSRP.

Trade-In Value: This is the wholesale price of the RV unit. This is what the RV dealer would offer you as a trade in value.

Used Retail (Fair Market Value): This is fair market value based on overall condition and options of RV unit. If a particular used RV unit is in high demand the used retail price could be higher. RV units that are massed produced typically can be purchased below used retail.
