J R Consumer Resources Inc. will only submit keywords to search engines in the United States. The search engines included are: AOL, AltaVista, Ask.com, Google, Looksmart, Lycos, MSN, and Yahoo.
The minimum number of 1st page rankings is 10 out of 20 keyword phrases targeted, 15 out of 30 keyword phrases targeted and 20 out of 40 keyword phrases targeted.
For optimization packages ("Top 10 Search Results Service"), J R Consumer Resources Inc. guarantees a minimum number of top ten listings in one or more of 8 search engines within 6 months from completion date. Most search engines will index your site in about three (3) months, but it takes time to gain the popularity and ranking needed to compete using competitive phrases.
New pages created for optimization or existing Client web pages that are optimized will appear on the First Page of results in one or more of the 8 search engines within 6 months of processing your order. We cannot guarantee the interest of a particular product or service(s). We withhold the right to make changes if necessary.
Any Web site that is all Flash, contains frames/layers or adult content is not eligible for the guarantee.
Guarantees may be voided for, among other reasons - Web sites that have been altered after they have been optimized by J R Consumer Resources Inc, Web sites that are cloned, or that do not use 301 for redirects.
If customers do not respond to communications from J R Consumer Resources Inc. for more than 60 days, the optimization project may be considered "abandoned" and payment from client must be surrendered in full.
Payment
Each SEO Package requires a set-up fee based on the overall cost of the package. The set-up covers our expenses so we can start working on your website. Once the set-up fee has been paid, we guarantee a minimum number of 1st page rankings as outlined in our guarantee. The remaining balance of the contract shall be divided up into monthly payments for a period of six months.
After 6 months a maintenance fee which has been agreed upon in the contract will begin. The maintenance fee allows us to continue to optimize your website and target keywords that have not achieved a first page ranking. In addition we will also maintain existing keywords that have been ranked.
If J R Consumer Resources Inc has not achieved our goals as outlined in our guarantee we waive your maintenance fee until we reach our goal. This guarantees that each client will not be responsible for paying a maintenance fee until we achieve results. This places a reasonable amount of pressure on us to accomplish what we set forth in our agreement.
