Keystone RV lives, eats and breathes the customer on a daily basis and to this end, each of its product teams work independently and maintain input into the design and manufacturing of each RV all along the process. We heavily involve our retail customer in our design process, says Don Clark, Executive Vice President of Sales. We clearly believe it is the backbone of our company. The customer is our boss.

RV Business
Wednesday, December 10, 2008
Goshen, Ind.-based Keystone RV Co. continues to target the ultra-lightweight towable segment with a new product offering in its Passport travel trailer line. The Express Super Lite, shown during last week’s National RV Trade Show in Louisville, Ky., is available in three floorplans with dry weights starting at 2,700 pounds. “Our dealers have done a tremendous job with the Passport but we recognize that an entirely new category of customer will be emerging with the increased awareness on fuel economy,” said Ryan Juday, Passport manager. Offering an 8-foot overall width and 78-inch ceilings, the Express line can be towed by smaller pickup-trucks and crossover vehicles. Standard features include solid surface countertops, aluminum wheels, 15-inch LCD TV, air conditioner and an outside grill. MSRP starts at $16,450.
